Guidelines: Working with UCDLink
Click here for some helpful hints!

Starting and maintaining an up-to-date web presence for your business can be challenging and time-consuming. The lingo can be too technical and there may always seem to be too many or too few options.

These FAQs (Frequently-Asked Questions) and answers may help.
Or contact us by email. We will help you get your business on the web!

How do I get started with a new website?

Planning a website is a bit like planning a brochure for your business. If you already have a brochure, that's one place to start. Otherwise, just tell us about your business, what you'd like to include on the website, and we'll work with you to design a site.

How much will it cost?

That question is hard to answer until we know exactly what you want. We've published our prices on this website to help you estimate the cost. Or, contact us for an estimate based on the options you choose.

I need to update my site often. Can I make changes myself? How much will it cost?

Absolutely! When you do business with us, your website is YOURS! You will have password-protected access to your site and you can revise it as needed, any time.

If you'd like us to update your site, our rate is $50 per hour. We work quickly and can make many text changes in 1 hour. Though we have a 1 hour minimum, we make exceptions for routine work.

We also offer cost-effective, pre-paid maintenance contracts. Please inquire for more information.

I'd like to try E-Commerce without making a large investment. What are my options?

Please see our E-Commerce options. The least expensive solution is to provide a form for your customers to print, fill out and fax to you. This is not truly e-commerce, however. It's much easier for your potential customers to "point and click" than it is to print, write and fax!

For true E-Commerce, you'll need a SHOPPING CART, SECURITY and an Internet Merchant account so you can accept credit cards. Please contact us for more information or answers to your questions.
